Is it possible to get inteview invites without OAT score?

I am wrigint OAT in 3 weeks.
My applications got sent this week but I was wondering if there is a chance to get an interview before OAT writing?
Although I probably woudlnt have time to go interview.
I applied to NECO, ICO, and SUNY

I also applied to the same places as you. I received an interview from SUNY and ICO before my OATs as well but I know NECO needs to have the OATs before they can invite you for an interview. I hope that helps.
