Hello guys!
I got frapped (May 2007), getting ready to retake and was wondering if it is possible to get the same version of the exam on retake. Does ADA (or prometric) actually keeps track of the DAT versions that each individual gets? Any info is much appreciated.

sorry to hear that... from what I have heard, the ADA keeps track of what version you received and so if you retake it within a certain time period... you won't get the same exam. i always figured it was random, but you should contact the ADA and see what they say

are you serious? i got frapped when i took it in june, and i'm retaking in october. i can't imagine that I'll get the same test again. It's unfair to those that can remember what questions were asked.

The problem with getting frapped isn't so much remembering the questions, but knowing the answers. 😛

I got frapped in Feb 08 but not in Aug 08. I was wondering the same thing when I was retaking, if I would get the some of the same questions. I didn't remember seeing anything that was a repeat.

Who wouldn't remember the questions? You know you are retaking 10 seconds after you are done with the test so you can remember everything.

that was definitely not the case for me. i was so stressed during the DAT that i couldn't remember what questions I had except for the first bio one and one math question. so, if i got the same test again, it would be like taking it for the first time, except hopefully this time i'll get more question right, lol. also, i decided about a month ago to retake because at first i was ok with my scores, but now i see how mediocre they are :scared:.
