Is it possible to score much lower than nbme average?

Hi everyone. I took my exam monday. I took 5 nbmes and did about the same on all of them. Anyway, i had a horrible test day - my exam was shockingly difficult imo, and to make matters worse i was mentally fatigued thruout the exam because of 4 hours of sleep that night and panicking before the exam.
I was just wondering if anyone knows of anyone who scored significantly lower than their nbme average (260 to 240 or even 230, for example)
