yes its possible to transfer...the NV 09 class had 1 transfer in from MI, and one of our own transfered out to MI. relations between the 2 schools are obviously good.

and we don't share the same rotation sites at all. just a few. and the more third yrs we have out there, the less options there will be for the MI students to come out to vegas. all of our core 3rd yr rotations have to be in vegas, so we don't share 3rd yr rotation sites with MI.
