Is it required to send transcripts from ALL institutions? :(

I think i know the answer the answer to this already but I just wanna make sure.

I couldn't fit quantitative analysis in my schedule junior year so I took it at a nearby larger university. I was used to the tests at my college and I unfortunately got absolutely destroyed on the mid-term (which was 40% of the grade). It brought my final grade down to a horrific BC.

Thankfully, my main undergraduate school only cared that I passed the class so I got a complete credit for the class. On my transcript right above my first semester grades there is a box that says

--Tested out of the following classes [whatever]
--Credit transferred from other institution for: [Quantitative Analysis]

So.... can I just totally ignore the fact that I ever took that class, or will the AMCAS people see that annotation on my transcript and hold my application until I list that class on my AMCAS and send in a transcript from this other school?

You gotta send everything, from college level courses taken while in high school to anything form a community college. If you don't send in EVERYTHING and AMCAS finds out, sadness results.
