is it seen as negative if you refer to yourself as a "future physician" in your PS?

How would you go about doing so? I'm trying to say what I envision myself to be in the future if I were to get accepted. But I don't want to sound arrogant at the same time.

something along the lines of "As a future physician, I see myself x, y, z."

It's fine. Just make sure when you do mention something along the lines of envisioning yourself as a physician, you mention that it is what you hope to experience in the future - because you're not a physician quite yet. 🙂

But radiating a sense of entitlement is not. Be sure to walk that fine line carefully.

I said "As a physician, I intend to do X, Y, Z" in a few secondaries. I don't think its an issue.
