Applied to few DO schools 3/4 months back. No heard back from anyone, though sent letter of interests. Is it too late now for invite?

High GPA but poor MCAT 24? Up to what time should I wait before looking at other options? I got bunch of secondaries but no invites?

that 24 is really whats killing your chances. Since you have already applied, you should wait until the very last month of the cycle (April) to see if anyone would interview you. In the meantime, I would recommend retaking the MCAT in case you need to reapply. Good luck!

Schools aren't done interviewing yet, so no it is not too late.

I would retake the MCAT.

Your described situation is very vague. A 24 MCAT with a "high" GPA (high meaning 3.6 or high meaning 4.0?). Also, it depends on what the few DO schools you applied to are. If you are applying more along the lines of the higher end schools (DMU, CCOM, etc.), you probably won't hear anything. But if you applied to newer schools or the lower-stat schools you have a shot, even though everywhere is more competitive these days. So really, it depends on what schools we are talking about here. But I will echo people before me in this thread: retaking the MCAT would be a good choice.

I had a 24 MCAT and received no invites and only a few secondaries. Took a Kaplan course and boosted it a few points and received interviews this cycle and one acceptance.

Kaplan is worth it. They teach you how to properly take the exam. I did a course that began in January and sat for the MCAT on April 15th.

Best of luck.
