i have not submit my application yet...
is it too late for this cycle??should i wait one more year??

If you have great stats, go ahead. Even so, there is risk applying this late due to many schools having rolling admissions.

If your stats are good but not great, you might want to consider waiting.

It's hard to tell without knowing your stats. The one thing is that you are pretty late. That does not necessarily mean certain rejection, but it really hurts your chances.

I would consider waiting a year unless you really cannot for some reason.

If you apply broadly and get your secondaries in the first day they are available, you might get away with it.
