When I submitted my primary application, I was working as a medical assistant (MA) at a pain management and orthopedic clinic, primarily handling cases involving upper extremities and primary hip/knee replacements. Since then, I switched jobs and am now working at another orthopedic clinic that focuses on hip and knee revision. My responsibilities are somewhat the same. I have been working here for at least six months. Is it worth updating the schools, or is it too late/not worth it?
Edit to clarify:
Previous job: Managed cases of upper extremity and bone-on-bone knee/hip conditions leading to total knee/hip replacement.
Current job: Handle cases where total knee/hip implants become infected or loose, requiring a revision to a new implant.
