Quick question: I can edit anything on PTCAS as long as I have not E-Submitted my application yet right?

Here's the reason for my desire to be able to edit:

I completed the last courses needed for my undergraduate degree last month, June 2012 but my degree will not be mailed to me until August, 2012 even though i attended the graduation ceremony in May 2012. So I'm not sure whether I should choose "Planned Degree" or "Degree Awarded" in the First Degree Status section even though I basically completed my undergraduate, i just technically don't have the degree in my hand yet and won't until the school mails it in August. I don't plan to E-Submit until August anyway but I plan on sending my transcript to PTCAS this Monday July 30, 2012 and in order for me to get the PTCAS transcript request form i need to enter this school in the new entry and I just wanted to know if I'd be able to edit anything in it as long as the application is not E-Submitted?

So I basically have 2 questions: 1. is it true that editing everything is possible as long as you have not E-Submitted? 2. Given my situation at this moment which one should I choose "Planned Degree" or "Degree Awarded"? I've completed and received my grades for my remaining courses needed for my undergraduate degree but I won't have the degree in my hands until the school mails it in August, 2012.

Yes, you can edit everything so long as you have not e-submitted.

I'm confused as for the reason, however. What matters is if the degree has been posted on your transcripts, not if you have a diploma in your hands. Check your school's unofficial transcripts. It will tell you if the degree has been awarded. I would assume, since completing undergrad in June, that your degree has been granted. Put degree awarded and check your transcript for the date.

Thanks.

I've looked and there's nothing online in my school's student program evaluation or transcript section that says whether or not a degree was awarded but in the program evaluation there is a program summary showing that the current remaining overall credits is 0.00. That's the closest thing online to saying that a degree was awarded. Anyway since I have the option to edit before I E-Submit, i will choose "Degree Awarded". I'll speak to someone at the school tomorrow about it while I'm taking care of the transcript transfer to PTCAS.

There may be a reason why I can't see the degree awarded online, it's kind of a long story that has to do with credits not showing up in the right section online but I have completed my program so I'll take care of it in person at school tomorrow.

It doesnt matter as long as you passed all your classes to get your degree so technically you are awarded, it is just matter of time. Therefore, If I am you Ill pick Degree Awarded
