So my school offers concurrent degrees. I am currently pursuing a degree in Public Health and am interested in possibly also completing a degree in business management or admin would it be worth it? Does this look good to admins?

As far as I know your degree(s) does not mean much to adcoms at all. They rather focus on your experiences and other accomplishments. Now if you go into business management and then work actually managing a business that might have some positive impact.

If you're passionate about it, go for it. What looks best to admins is a high GPA.

If it can provide a backup career in case medicine doesn't work out for you, then yes, it's worth it.

before you ask other people, have you asked yourself if you're up for it?
an impressive GPA is better than a double degree.
