It depends.
What will you get out of the experience?
If it is just to add another hospital to your resume, I'd say no.
If your experience will be different, sure. Well, if you have time.
Hospitals cater to different varieties of patients, and seeing how different patients' afflictions are managed could give you good exposure. If I were you, I'd be very interested, especially if the socioeconomic status of the patients seen is different. Also, to work in a smaller community hospital versus a facility with a more tertiary role would be interesting. If it were just to experience a different department, I think shadowing would suffice.
