Is Mayo Clinic enough to help a low GPA?

Greetings,
I'm a junior cell/molec pre-med beginning to look at med schools.
White female/ first generation immigrant
My GPA is low, currently at a 3.46 but I am studying hard this semester to hopefully bring it up
I work at mayo clinic as a lab assistant twice a week(not research but help sort through 30,000 specimen a day), shadow/observe surgeries and volunteer as a surgical messenger helping communicate between the nurse educators and patient's family before and after surgery.
I also research with a top doctor at Mayo in ENT (ranked #2 specialty in the nation) I will be getting published soon.
Additionally, I have a job as a patient care assistant in the town I go to school in.
I am currently studying for the MCAT and hope to get above a 513.
Although my GPA is low...do you think my EC related with Mayo help?
I also am a member of a sorority, hold leadership positions in the sorority, on the comittee for a cystic fibrosis fundraiser, pre-med club, german club, french club.
any suggestions as on where to apply? or how to boost my app?
Anything is appreciated.
Thank you!

What you learn/accomplish in your research and how you articulate your growth in an interview is 10x more important than the institution associated with it.

But tbh your question is common sense. If most med schools don't care where you went to school, why would they care where you did your research?

No, but your GPA, while low, is not lethal at MD schools with a good MCAT score and a strategic target list.

You're fine for any DO school

Pre-meds who are lab assistants are a dime a dozen. I worked at Sloan-Kettering (but was pre-med for all of ten minutes, thankfully).

Service to others less fortunate than yourself is always good.
