What gives with the "low-dose MTX QD" for lord knows several indications

Seems like any condition with an immunomodulatory pathway is prescribe "low-dose MTX"

Any basis to this? Off-label use? Another "nerve pain" issue?

Haven’t seen that one yet (at least not daily). Have you seen low dose naltrexone though? Super weird.

Low dose naltrexone with bupropion to make CONTRAVE hasn't quite reached prescribing frequency as phentermine with Topiramate to make QSYMIA but is slowly becoming more popular.
I’m talking about for pain though. Super low compounded doses usually. Some people claim it works?
