Is Omnicare a 501 (c) (3) organization for PSLF purposes?

Hey All,

I have been searching all over if this company named Omnicare qualifies for PSLF?

I did check out the IRS website, Omnicare's own website, and guidestar.org.
The IRS site stated that "Omnicare Foundation" was a 501c3, NOT "Omnicare". The Omnicare's own site did not mention anything about 501c3.
Guidestar.org was a random site that came on google search that showed a fairly good list of all the 501c3, but it was not a comprehensive list...

Anyone here who can help me?🙂

I'm pretty sure that is a for-profit company. Was there something that made you think otherwise?

The keyword is "Foundation" which is very likely a separate arm of the company that operates as a non-profit. Omnicare I'm 99.999% sure is for-profit.

Kind of like Coca Cola (definitely for profit) vs. The Coca Cola Foundation (non-profit)

Omnicare is the largest LTC pharmacy company in the nation. Definitely not non-profit and doesn't qualify for PSLF.
