Is PM&R the robotics physician?

I've seen some robotics/PM&R overlap on various residency web pages, but how much robotics stuff is out there for a PM&R to work with? Is this a promising future sub-specialty within PM&R, or does it just get more coverage because of the cool factor?

When things like robotics and stem cell therapy come on board, will a smaller specialty like PM&R be able to carve those modalities out as their "turf"?

robotics? Who knows. That is incredible niche. Regen MSK has great potential in PM&R and I think that the speciality could be foolish to not capitalize on our ultrasound guided procedure experience. Lots of PM&R doesbalready doing regen (if you feel comfortable calling it that).
