is quantitative comparison from BC similar in difficulty to the real thing?

every test I've taken looks similar to this and I haven't really improved in comparison. I'd take the trig any day over this section tbh.

In my opinion, yes. I spent a huge amount of time studying trig only to see none of it on the exam, but plenty of QC questions :bang:
The QC questions on Bootcamp were similar, but they can really throw anything at you with those questions. Just be prepared for some tough QC questions, and don't let them frustrate you/slow you down. Looks like you're doing well with the other math, so finish what you know and use the remaining time to solve those tough ones.

I didn't do great in comparison on BC and I thought they were very hard. But, on the official, I was pleasently surprised with how easy they were. The ones I got could be worked through pretty simply with basic algebra skills. The ones on BC I had no idea how to improve. I had zero trig and zero geometry on my test other than maybe some really basic geometry applications you should know.

I'd say youre heading for close to a 30 with those scores on QR, BC was way harder than the official. Good luck!

So I just did the official Prometric QR (Test Preparation) Just the QR module by itself was $20. I was about to slam my head through dry wall of my basement out of frustration. The last practice test that I did on BC was sub 14 around midnight. I decided against having an aneurysm time now after a full day of studying so I purchased the practice module instead to get a better idea of where I stand. I clicked through it sort to give me an idea of what the actual questions will be like and ended up scoring 25/40. Made me feel much better, but a little concerned too because BC seems to be making the test so hard on the QR part as to almost not be representative. I got my Kaplan blue book somewhere that I will pull out tomorrow because I think that will actually be a better target for me in the short amount of time that I have to finish studying.

When I took the test (yesterday) I thought the QC problems were pretty simple. I had like 4 I think and they were algebra based, pretty simple solve-for-variable kind of deals.
