I submitted my AADSAS at the end of june, my LORs were sent aug 3rd and processed on the 20th by AADSAS, and I just sent my secondaries and fees today. It seems that people are getting interview already, does that mean it affects the chances for the rest of us?

On another hand, has anyone asked to submit secondaries from harvard or UCLA?

Your secondary app. and fees will probably roll into schools before your LOR. Schools should probably have everything by early/mid September. Imo, you are probably in the middle of the pack, not too late.

Last year I submitted my app through aadsas around this time. It wasn't until near the end of September that everything was complete (except for some of the secondaries).

Not to discourage you, but I applied to 5 schools last year and only interviewed at one and ended up on the waiting list. I don't know what your stats are, but unless they are stellar, I'd think about applying to a small number of schools for this year and possibly prepare for reapplication for 2009. Technically it isn't too late, but it's getting really close, IMO.
