Is Rx a complete joke?

Sorry, after having done UWorld, Rx doesn't seem like a good qbank at all...doesn't test underyling understanding but more just recall of buzzwords and scenarios from the easy to the hard questions. Did anyone find it useful in general? I guess for me, I can jot down 100qs or concepts down from the qs I marked/wrong but the majority of the 2000+ are not super challenging.

Sorry guys, I guess the discrepancy between Rx and UWorld is pretty apparent that's all in terms of how questions are tested and how UWorld relies so much more on intuition and is a bit more nitpicky. I guess Rx is great for big picture and high yield.

Perhaps you were expecting something out of Rx that is better represented by UWorld? I found Rx to be very beneficial for hammering home First Aid content, whereas UWorld was excellent for application of FA content. In other words (in my opinion), they're used for different purposes.

Nothing to be sorry about. Like most things related to Step 1, if it's not working for you, don't use it. I'm just commenting on my own experience. I know many classmates who only did Uworld and scored very well as well. There are a hundred different ways to approach Step 1 and score well. Anyone saying they have the one true way is lying.

Probably lower than someone who memorized Uworld only.
