Are PhD programs in School Psych really competitive? I'm hoping to have a solid GPA by the time I graduate (like a 3.3 to 3.5) and am hoping to get into a full funded program. Are these kind of programs competitive?

In general, less so than clinical psych, although the funded ones, especially top ones (Lehigh, Oregon, etc) tend to be more so. Child experience, in research, clinical/volunteer work, or both, seems to be a must have to be competitive.
