Hi i'm applying for an ob position in this year's match and I know that you guys might not be able to speak to my specific situation but I was looking for a general idea. I did well on step 1 and i'm a Caribbean med student from Canada (i.e. IMG). Pretty much a straight A student. Just because of how our rotations are set up, I won't be done with them till well next week. So i'm going to take august off and take the step 2 ck (i already passed cs) in mid august, and with the scoring delay and all, I'm sure my scores won't be in till later (whenever that is... ). How will this affect my application? I plan on sending in the application on the 1st of september as most people do.
