is the 2007 cycle application out yet?

I checked https://aadsas.adea.org/aadsas2006/ and it says the 2007 application will become available in mid-May 2006. But it's already the end of May. So, what's going on? Was it like that for the last cycle? Thanks!

You can start your own account and fill out every single entry. Just as long as you don't click the submit button and fill in your payment info, you won't be charged anything. 🙂
