Is the COMLEX enough?

I hear that PM&R is generally a DO friendly field. To the DO's at the 'more competitive' residency programs, would taking the COMLEX alone be enough when applying for the top programs? Or do you recommend taking the USMLE as well?

it should be enough, most places i rotated were very DO friendly with DO residents and staff.

i only took COMLEX and have 4 interviews lined up currently.

I took the COMLEX and the USMLE, but many other DO's only applied with the COMLEX and did just fine.
