Hi I just graduated with my engineering degree, so next semester would be the first semester taking all pre-med courses, just wondering if anybody can tell me if this course load is too heavy?
O-Chem I
Immunology
Cell Biology
Biochemistry
A&P I with Lab
I was just gonna do first 4 but now i see my school offers A&P later in the afternoon which fits my schedule, so I don't know if I should just have it too. I have some volunteering to do, and I am on a research project+TA for a lab which probably takes about 10-15 hrs per week.
I am used to take 17+ credits while doing engineering, I did it for the last few semester, but I feel like it's a very different study method/materials then biological science courses,so how realistic it is to do these classes and get all As and Bs. Are they too much work to take it together?
8/10 ** Thanks for the advice from everyone, I think I should probably drop one too, should I just drop the A&P? I mean, it is not something that will be on MCAT nor medical school requires it right? I just want to get it done before summer of 2015, so I can start the application. 🙂
