Is the current Hep B series totally bunk?

Has anyone ever actually converted?

"A vaccine against hepatitis B has been available since 1982. Hepatitis B vaccine is 95% effective in preventing HBV infection and its chronic consequences, and is the first vaccine against a major human cancer."

And anecdotally, I just had my titres done (about 6 years after I had the third booster) and I had seroconverted.

Likewise. (Had to get titers drawn a couple of years ago in order to do an away rotation during med school.)
