Is the "Laboratory Review" section in Cliffs AP Biology worth looking at for?

In preparing for the DAT since there is a part of DAT that may ask questions on lab techniques.

I wouldn't say so, in my experience with both Cliffs and the DAT.

What I would strongly recommend is reviewing the Biotechnology chapter from Campbell's, which covers advanced lab techniques that are definitely applicable to the DAT.

By the way, we have a good DAT forum, which is where this should have been posted, I highly recommend you continue further inquiries there.
