i have a seriously awful computer and an even worse internet connection, I keep trying to get into the MSAR with no luck. Is it my computer or is it still down? Just don't want to keep wasting my time

I've been having the same trouble once in a while today. I believe it's the server's problem because I can visit other websites just fine. Just be patient.

Oddly, it doesn't seem to work with Chrome anymore. I just fired up internet explorer and it worked flawlessly...
