Overheard some nursing students talking today about how the NCLEX was harder than Step 1, apparently they looked over some sample Step 1 questions and thought they were easy compared to NCLEX questions

do you all think this is actually true?...

Don't mean to derail a good thread but I finally passed NCLEX on 3rd attempt after a LOA to study, should I release my NCLEX score on ERAS? what if programs asked me to disclose during the interview? With the merger coming I really don't know how this is going to play out...Anyone had similar experience? Applying to Intergrated Plastics-Dermpath. TIA!

Unless those nursing students already had MDs, they have no clue what they are talking about.

I’ll report back to this thread in two years. 😉

(Spoilers: NCLEX is easy compared to even the MCAT, and I’m sure the MCAT is easy compared to boards, but I’ve yet to take step)

Granted I took the MCAT around 2010, but I think they're just different. Boards is honestly a lot of "you know it or you don't". May take extra steps to get there and you definitely have to think critically, but the material between the MCAT and Boards is just very different that I feel like you can't really compare the two. For instance, how do you even study for the Reading section?
