guys is the exam paper based or computer based...and if its paper based do they give u each seciton alone or all the section once and u need to time your self???

Paper-based....

As for your second question, each section is timed by the proctor and there is some kind of break between sections. So, you do have to time yourself but you do not take the entire exam non-stop.

Although, it almost feels like you take the exam non-stop because there's really not much of a break between each section. You keep moving to the next section once they call stop and tell you to move to the next section.

You have to remember that if the exam was truly non-stop, it would be possible to spend two hours on one section that you are slow at if you can finish the others in time. That's highly unlikely of course, but my point is that the strategy for finishing sections would be different because there wouldn't a true set time limit for each section if you're allowed to take the PCAT non-stop with only one start and one end.

I could've used the extra 5-10 minutes from my verbal section to finish a few more problems elsewhere.😀

Oh I know =P I wasn't saying there weren't breaks, I'm just saying it's really really brief...so brief it feels like you don't get one at all.

It depends. I know I would save some time not having to bubble in answers with a pencil since I often am too meticulous with it. However, a loud computer due to a crappy fan would annoy me too. Plus, the risk of computer issues could really throw me off. So, there are pros and cons both ways.

Yea erasing is a pain. It wastes time and you have to make sure you get a clean erase; otherwise you risk not only messing up that one answer, but the answers of the questions around it.

Im one of those people who loves to write all over the test book. I also dont mind bubbling in as I usually fill it in by page.

Computer tests kill my eyes too, for some reason.
