Is the PDF version of the primary from "Print Application" exactly how it looks?

Because right now my personal statement is split between two pages in a very very awkward way, and if it's exactly how my app will turn out, I'm going to need to do some reformatting 🙁

Please let me know, thanks!

Yes. It is exactly how it will look for them. Don't worry about it though. 95% of people will experience the same thing and not even know.

If it is printed out in landscape format, then, yes, this is probably how it will print out for the adcoms.

I have read numerous PS's that have been split between two pages. As long as all of the words are there, I am not sure reformatting is necessary. Readers know to move onto the next page (we can figure it out🙂).

Haha thanks. And of course, not to insult the intelligence of readers that they can't find it!

It's just the way it's split for mine, that particular break/formatting is instrumental in the message at that point. But I added another activity and now it makes more sense.

Thanks everybody

Oh wait it can't be exactly how it looks! It lists all the schools you applied to, and schools aren't supposed to see that right? So maybe only that page is omitted?

am i ******ed? I cant figure out how to print it? im using firefox and a macbook and when i hit "print app" it tries to download a cfm file?

Nope that's right, just open it with adobe reader.

I couldn't open the .cfm file on my Macbook at all. If you manually change the ending to .pdf instead it should open just fine.

Wait, schools can see everywhere else we're applying??

No, they can't. I don't have a link to the post, but someone outlined the process on this forum: they only receive knowledge of your acceptances when the time comes, but can't see where you applied/were rejected. Don't worry!

(I think this list is included just so we can review our choices.)

Some interviewers may ask you the question nonetheless.
