Never heard about anything like that and I think you are overthinking this section. Just try the generators for 20mins (each section) everyday for a month and you'll be good on every section.

Yea I think it's best you try generators. If you really want to cut out patterns, then just print the pattern and cut them out.

As far as I know there aren't any product specifically made to be printed and cut out. You could do it manually, but I think that's a lot more effort than it's worth. You need to build up the skill of visualizing the folds mentally, and using physical printouts won't really help with that.

square sticky notes and single hole puncher (order off amazon ~$10). worked great just to visualize
