Is there a hard deadline for PS and recommendation letters ?

Hello everyone, is there a deadline by which we need to submit our PS and recommendation letters on AMCAS ? Profs are asking and I don’t know what to answer!

Tell them June 1st is your hard deadline. If you want some more leeway, tell them June 15th.

PS needs to be done when you submit primary. Most schools you need LORs in before you get interview. A few you need LORs in before they even send you a secondary.

Thank you very much! So just to clarify, I can submit my PS and recommendation letters lets say by mid-June and then wait for verification before even sending my MCAT and assigning letters to schools? If I am taking my MCAT June 29th, do I need to wait for the results to verify my application?
