Is there a karytope-like chart out there that shows commonly found (read: board tested) cancers?

Robbins frequently references specific chromosomes affected by different cancers. I figured it'd be a cool visual tool to help me remember this information. I also figured that I'm probably not the first person to come up with this, but a cursory Google search didn't yield anything.

Has anyone seen anything like this?
