I am looking to find a list of medical oncology (and/or hematology/oncology) programs, program directors, and current fellows. I know a similar list exists for radiation oncology (http://www.astro.org/ARRO/Communications/ResidentDirectory/documents/ARRODir.pdf) so that you can get in contact with departments . Does anything like this exist in medical oncology?

You can find that information (with the exception of a list of current fellows) using FREIDA.
