Is there a way to check out the application before I apply?

As I'm preparing for the next cycle I'm running into a lot of questions because I don't know the format of the extracurricular section. I tried checking out the application on their website but you have to pay before you even look at the app. So is there anywhere online that has the template?

if not maybe you guys know the answers to these questions..

-do you need to put how long or how many hours you are involved in a club
- same with work experience, is it time frame and hours?

You can start an application for this cycle. You don't have to pay anything until everything is completed and you pick your schools. You should try it just to get ready for next cycle if you want.

To answer your specific questions, yes you put in the length of the club involvement/work experience and how many hours per week you participated in the event.
