Is there any difference between the NBME CBSE (Comprehensive Basic Sicence Exam) shelf given through school and the NBME CBSSA (self assessments)? Just wondering since they are both basically assessments.

Can you only get the NBME CBSE throught the school, or can someone just buy the test from them?

the tests that you can buy seem to be simpler and easier.

I've noticed that school administered cbse questions are really really wordy.
