Is there any point to retaking classes

I am considering retaking Calculus II before I apply to Med. schools. Does this even do anything?? I got a B that I'm not very pleased about.

My GPA is 3.945. I had a 4.0 before I got that B. I am just used to having a 4.0 all the time. My cGPA and BCPM is 3.945

OP, I got a B and 2 A-'s in college. I survived. So will you. And if you're freaking out about grades like that now, I shudder to think what you'll be like in med school, where you have to study a crazy amount to get those kind of grades...
