I use Wastenotime on Safari to block it entirely and then Leechblock on Firefox to block it for all but a few minutes a day (although today I upped it to 60 minutes and have gone SDN crazy). Granted, I have other browsers installed that I could use to get around the blocks, but usually seeing the block page is enough to shame me away.
