Is this a bad sign?

Does anyone have any advice? I was told that my file would go to boards on Friday (I interviewed about 5 weeks ago) and they would let me know on Monday. I called on Tuesday since I hadn't heard from anyone. They told me that it wasn't going to board until this Wed. What do you think this means?
