    Which of the following will affect reactions mediated by enzymes?

    A) pH
    B) temperature
    C) inhibitors
    D) concentration of substrate
    E) all of the above

    The answer is A. I think the answer should be E.

    enzyme conc, substrate conc, temp, pH, inhibitors all affect enzyme activity.
