I was driving into work today and passed this sign at a local community hospital, I was wondering if this was a good job opening. I know times are tough and healthcare is changing.

No, this is not a good job at all. Jobs like this are a product of the oversupply of pathologists. If we cut residency slots by 50% jobs like this would cease to exist.
