MS degree in BME
3.8+ cGPA, 30<X<33 MCAT (taken once)
40 hours shadowing (3 docs...different specialties)
100+ hours hospital shadowing
One year of volunteering through school honors society with an award to boot
3.5 years teaching and facilitating workshops for math, etc.
