I just started my Kaplan course, it ends July 18th. Should I finish the course then start the OAT destroyer from July 19th-August 24th (thats when i registered for the oat)? or should I concurrently work on OAT destroyer?

Focus on Kaplan. Then do those practice problems to reinforce your study skills. Leave out the Kaplan full length practice tests for the last week before your actual oat.

Really? I feel like I should at least take the Kaplan midterm to make sure I'm improving?

You could do that as well if you'd like. However, you can take those full length practice tests only once.
