Moreover, the real frustrating questions in any of the qbanks is the use of "word games."

Essentially, they want you to choose an answer choice to elucidate the pathophysiology or the mechanism of action of a drug using phrases that are not common parlance and if you've never come across that usage before, you may not be apt to choose it because it does not naturally sound like the right answer.
