My professor allows us to work on HW together with classmates. For my most recent HW, he said that my answers were too similar to another classmates and said that while he's ok with us working together, he didn't want us to have such similar answers. He docked points on my HW assignment, and said the issue is resolved and told me to be more mindful in the future even when collaborating with classmates. No report to Dean and nothing on academic transcript. I have anxiety and just want to make sure this isn't an IA.
Nope.

No report. I called my registrar and there is nothing on record. My Prof just emailed me and he essentially said "hey I know i said you guys can work together, but i still wanted you to have original ideas and not use each others answers when collaborating." He just docked points on the assignment and just told me to be careful in the future. I still got a B+ in the course.
If there's nothing on record, it's not an IA.

I have to say, it's pretty silly for a prof to say it's OK to work on HW together and then take issue with your answers being similar

@TheBoneDoctah I agree, it's a whacky rule that gave me unnecessary anxiety. But in conclusion. Prof said Issue is resolved and handled. Nothing is on record.

I am good right? I just wanna close this issue and sleep in peace. Thank you for your time :)
Yes you are good. I have had a similar issue in undergrad and it was resolved with no action. IF action was taken they would have formally communicated that to you already. As said before play it safe now, do your own work and stay off the radar.
