Hi everyone. I am wondering if this letter of recommendation would count as non-science. I took a psychology course under a professor who works as a physician/MD under the department of neurology. I also did research with this professor for three years. In his letter, I told him to mention that I took the psych course, however, he will most likely be talking about my research in the lab. Overall, would this count as a non-science letter even though the professor is in the neurology department?

In my book, non-science is for your coursework professor.
