Is this right?
I have something like cancer, worse I.M.O... I’m in a wheelchair, am blind in one eye, and much more. If I was really in anxious or whatever my mom would deny an extra pill. Once she would only give me .5mg, when a 2mg script was in the pharmacy, but not filled yet. Or she would say ‘wow’ when I asked someone to check how many mL in a teaspoon. When I said if I needed IV drugs, she would not inject them if I was on my deathbed. I have abused/crushed pills in the past. Now I can’t even sit up and she asks whoever is on the phone if they are on the speakerphone, so I can’t hear.

The other day I slept at 9:00-10:30 p.m. I said I’m going to watch T.V. or else it’s going to be hard to sleep. I usually sleep at 11:30 minus the nap. She said, “Like Michael Jackson.” Keep in mind a brain tumor can cause sleepiness (I have 13-15). It really made me think she doesn’t love me UNCONDITIONALLY. I’m not abusing anything; I can’t even if wanted too. However, I don’t think these comment help. Even if she loves me 99%, it’s the 1% that makes me wonder. Sorry, it’s hard to type using one finger. There is more, but it’s hard to type.

It's very difficult to follow your train of thought or figure out what it is you want or expect to get from typing here. This is a site for psych students to talk about academics and no counseling is provided. But my eyes teared up reading this and I'm very sorry for your difficulties. This is the first I'm hearing of Von Hippel–Lindau disease, which is apparently a rare (autosomal dominant) genetic illness. Please take care of yourself and see a therapist. My best.

VHL sounds like a horrible disease, but as noted, you're asking in the wrong place. I'll be hoping for the best outcome possible for you.
