Is it true that people who are on uop's waiting list have a really high chance for next year? do they really get they call on Dec 1st without an interview? and is it just for UoP or all schools are like that!

I heard from the Dean that being on the list this year will put you at an advantage for the following year. I highly doubt they will waive you the interview requirement however.
