Is TOEFL mandatory for submitting the CAAPID application?

Hi,

I would like to know if I can submit the application without TOEFL score. I would like to update it later after i take the TOEFL. Does anyone know about it?

If I am about to take TOEFL in 3 weeks , Should I submit all together once Or can i do the other way around?

One more thing, how long the SOP should be? Mine came up to 800 words 🙂

Toefl is not mandatory to submit caapid application. However, your application to the individual school will be incomplete till they receive toefl score. Ideally the personal statement should be of a page but should not be long enough more than page and a half. I think 800 words is good.

Thank you mrdentist2010. Do you know if the dental schools look at the score for each section? I have total score of 102 but writing section is only 20. I am worried about it and thinking to take it again.

Hi, some schools have a special requirement for each section in the toefl score, I think that you should call the schools you are applying to confirm their requirements.
