on the status page, it said that the letter from Referee A was received but it was marked as "additional"
it was from one of my PIs who knew me very well, so i changed it to "required"
afterwards, it says it's not received

they sent me an email sayin they require the letter from her

i told them what happened

and they sent me an email sayin, "as indicated, we require the letter from her"

That sucks. Probably better to have not messed with it. It should be a simple fix though if you can call and speak with someone.
